Can we print a word document and not show all the collapsible markers when printing?

Yes, you can do this by changing the marker type to Blank before printing.

  1. Select the collapsibles you want to "hide" - perhaps by selecting the whole document, if you want to hide every collapsible.
  2. Select the Blank marker type (click the Select type button in the Markers section of the More tab on the ribbon).
  3. Print.

To make the collapsibles visible again follow the above procedure but apply whatever type you prefer.

Tip: you might want to first make sure your document is saved, then "hide" the collapsible markers using the above procedure.  Print, then close the document without saving.  Next time you open the document you'll have all your collapsible markers exactly as they were previously.
