Can I copy and paste a collapsible?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no...

Generally speaking, if you copy an entire collapsible (marker and body) then you should be fine. 

What you should avoid is cutting/copying just the marker and pasting it somewhere else.  This can lead to very unpredictable results.  

Generally, to be safe you should create new collapsibles via the More Add-in toolbar.
